Drove 3.5 hours to buy from here. Solid experience with Bryan. Helped me get a certified Audi Q3. Easy to work with and helpful. Definitely didn’t feel like a “salesman” which I really appreciate. More of an advisor making sure I got the car I needed! Highly recommend. Also they have a specialist who showed me the in’s and out’s of the car which was great! Finance manager wasn’t pushy at all with warranties and extras which to me shows a lot. Thanks White Allen group!

Horrible service! Dropped our car off on November 17th for a repair under warranty. They didn’t even look at the car or order any parts until the 25th of November. Well here we are on December 9th and they haven’t even started the repairs. Per our purchase agreement we are supposed to get a loaner car. They refused to do that. So now we are out of pocket for a rental car. No one calls to update me on what’s going on. I have to call and I’m always told that the manager will give me a call. He has not called once! This place is a joke and we will be selling our carASAP so we don’t have to deal with them anymore

The experience with the Audi service group is always first rate from start to finish. Thank you so much for the video(yes they send you a video from the service technician walking through the key points of service on your vehicle). first class service all around. I just turned 60 and you all are the best dealer I have ever had experience with. I just want you to know that what you do has value and is appreciated

Briston was a very professional and knowledgeable sales associate that cared about getting us in the right vehicle. Overall great experience and would recommend seeing him. I knew what we wanted to spend and he worked with the sales managers to get my desired trade in value and payment. Couldn’t be happier and glad we stopped in to look at the VW Atlas.
